Job Description :

Description: As a Business Development Associate (BDA) you need to onboard new partners (venues, party organisers, decorators, caterers, artists etc.) and take care of quality checks. You will be the owner of the complete on-board process from sign up to activation.

Responsibilities:

You need to identify new and relevant partners curated from various sources.

You need to pitch to the partners on phone.

You need to meet the partners in person and establish partnership(on field) if required.

You need to negotiate for best price & offerings with the partners.

You need to collect and curate information from the partners.

You need to activate the partner profiles following our on-boarding and engagement process.

You need to engage the partners from time to time.

You need to take care of quality checks and resolve issues whenever the need arises.

You need to take complete ownership of your work to achieve common team goals.

Required skills:

MBA / College graduate.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to take up challenging work within strict deadlines with focus on closures.

Interested in taking up field work.

Basic computer skills.

Having your own two-wheeler and laptop is a must.
