Business Development Associate - Content Marketing - eCommerce (5-8 yrs)
Purpose of this position
- To be custodian of all content going on any Medlife.com property, be it on Website, App, Blog, Delivery box, Brochure, pamphlets, marketing collaterals, social media pages, Press releases etc.
- Help Medlife.com enforce the communication guidelines as suggested by Branding consultant, understand brand tonality & drive it in all communications
- To discover ways of utilising stakeholder knowledge in creating compelling content for Medlife.com.
- To discover ways of utilising A9 knowledge in creating compelling content for Medlife.com.
- improving Click-through rate of banners & conversion metrics of all marketing communications
Responsibilities:
- Involved in all campaign ideations and provide copyrighting for all communication requirements
- Manage, nutrure, improve social media pages of Medlife for building reputation in this medium, including but not limited to Blog, Physical magazines, website & app content.
- To come up with new ideas around what to say in a campaign & support marketing team with actual communication
- To help marketing team come up with compelling copies for all marketing communications including but not limiting to online marketing, SMS, push notifications, email, website landing page designs, offline brochures, pamphlets
- Closely work with Channel managers and understand unique requirements of each channel/mediums for making communication readable & understandable for their customers
- responsible for editing marketing communication, responsible for all audits of marketing content to ensure high quality, error free content
- Responsible for coordinating with Medical experts for getting content for Medlife's knowledge base
Expected outcomes:
- Improvement in turnaround time of marketing campaigns with correct copyrighting on time & lesser iterations
- improvement in quality of marketing content, both in terms of communication & campaign ideas
- improvement in click through rates for all landing pages of Medlife.com
- improvement in conversions on landing pages on all business verticals of Medlife.com
Skills and Competencies:
- Compelling written communication skills, especially in online medium
- Clear on basics of Marketing and customer behaviour
- Strong on research methodologies to gain insights about which content would work better for
Medlife.com customer base
Education: Any UG/MBA
Relevant experience: 5 Yrs +
Experience in Industry:
- Experience in start-ups, small teams required
- Experience in marketing team required
- Experience in health & wellness industry is preferred but not mandatory
- Experience to start content properties from scratch & take them to a decent level is required
- Understanding of metrics like conversion rate, visits, click through rate required
Experience on Tools:
- proficiency on Google-analytics to understand metrics of conversions & click through rates
