Responsibilities :
- Business Development for Search and Selection thru Social Media - Linkedin/Facebook
- End to end HR support ( HR operations and ER) - Manage complete life cycle - onboarding to exit
- Evaluate technical requirement of and headhunt talent
- Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen resumes
- Perform pre-screening calls to analyze applicants- abilities through structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions
- Build a stronger relationship with customers and Prospect candidates
- Craft and send personalized recruiting emails
- Build success stories
- Build Career Services local to the India market
Requirements :
- Proven work experience of 2-4 years as a BD manager managing Key account for Technical or Non-Technical Recruiter
- Keeps up-to-date with new technological trends and products
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats as an interviewer (e.g. phone, Skype and structured)
- Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Solid understanding of People practices followed for IT-ITES companies in India
