We are currently seeking highly motivated, self-driven and experienced Techno- Commercial sales professionals to join us as Business Developer.
Job description:
- Will be responsible for establishing the company's presence and driving sales activities in the designated geography.
- Should be able to penetrate prospect target accounts for new business as well as establish and work with partners in the territory.
- Must be comfortable selling software solutions to all levels of any organizations. Experience in renewable sales is a must.
- This position reports to the Country Head - India.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Responsible for New Business Development via prospecting, qualifying, selling and closing software solutions and services.
- Responsible for Annual Recurring Revenue Targets.
- Manage client relationship through all phases of the sales cycle.
- Conducts one-to-one and group sales presentations.
- Responsible for tracking customer information, forecasts and reports.
- Participate in conferences, shows, exhibitions when appropriate and requested.
- Develop and maintain prospect and customer list based on strategic marketing data and other sources for sales leads.
Required experience:
- Four-year college degree from an accredited institution.
- Excellent knowledge of Indian renewables market.
- 5-8 years of solutions-selling experience in the following areas: hardware, software, in the renewable market.
- Strong leadership with contacts on C levels and influential skills is a must.
- Understanding of broad range of technologies.
- Outstanding Written and Verbal Communication Skills.
- CRM: Sales Forces.
- Languages: Hindi and English, French appreciated.
- Travel required.
