Business Developer & Lead Nurturing Manager - Video Production (3-5 yrs)

Hiring for a premier film and video production company in India with a global production network. The company craft concepts and scripts, produces across formats, and delivers brand films and videos across industries.

The organization is powering big brands and top notch advertising agency services with technology-enabled end-to-end film and video production.

Role: BD & Lead Nurturing Manager

Location: Bangalore (Jayamahal Road)

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

- 3+ years in Sales with minimum 1 year of experience in B2B marketing, with a focus on lead generation.

Key Deliverables :

1. Lead Database Management : Maintain and update a comprehensive lead database, ensuring accurate and complete data.

2. Prospect Segmentation : Utilize marketing automation tools to segment prospects based on their interests, behavior, and demographics, enabling targeted communication.

3. Qualification and Prospecting : Assess and grade marketing leads through tele-calling and qualitative analysis, setting up meetings to support the sales team.

4. Automated Lead Nurturing : Set up email automation and workflow systems on Zoho or equivalent platforms to nurture leads and guide them through the buying cycle.

5. Engaging Campaign Development : Create and execute multi-touch campaigns that effectively engage prospects at different stages of the buying process, addressing their pain points.

6. Performance Analysis and Optimization : Monitor and analyze campaign performance, adjusting tactics and conducting A/B testing to optimize results. Stay updated on new technology and campaigns for effective lead nurturing.

Skills Required :

- Should have experience with marketing automation tools such as HubSpot or Zoho.

- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

- Familiarity with ABM, Inbound Marketing and outbound strategies is preferred.

- Must have proven track record of delivering high-quality leads that convert into customers.

- Excellent communication, collaboration & leadership skills.
