Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Global Sales Specialist with a focus on Captive Business to join our esteemed team at KPMG. The ideal candidate should possess core expertise in sales, particularly in dealing with Global Inhouse Centers (GIC), Global Capability Centers (GCC), and Captives. The candidate must be self-driven, proactive, and have a proven track record of meeting sales targets.
Key Attributes:
Self-Driven & Proactive:
- Demonstrate a high level of self-motivation and proactiveness in driving sales initiatives.
Target Driven:
- Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets in previous roles.
Exposure to Selling to Global Captives:
- Mandatory experience in selling to Global Inhouse Centers (GIC), Global Capability Centers (GCC), and Captives.
Experience with Global Captives:
- Demonstrated experience in working with and growing business with Global Captives.
Account Hunting & Farming:
- Proven ability to identify and pursue new business opportunities (hunting) and nurture and grow existing accounts (farming).
Setting up Key Stakeholder Meetings:
Organize and conduct key stakeholder meetings on a periodic basis to strengthen client relationships and understand their evolving needs.
Technology Awareness:
- Stay abreast of technology trends and possess awareness of major platforms and Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) offerings.
- Experience with Different Engagement Models:
- Worked with and has a deep understanding of various engagement models in the captive business.
- Ownership of Lead Generation, Closure, Paperwork & Collections:
- Take end-to-end ownership of the sales process, from lead generation to closure, including necessary paperwork and collection activities.
- Coordination with Teams Across Practice:
- Collaborate and coordinate effectively with teams across different practices within KPMG to ensure smooth project delivery and client satisfaction.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in sales roles with a focus on Global Captive Business.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Familiarity with different engagement models and sales processes.
- Willingness to travel for client meetings as needed.
