The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This candidate will be focused and have strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute a particular strategy.
Responsibilities :
- Requirement gathering
- Client chat
- Client Acquisition
- Updating CRM/Bidding sheets
- Mentoring Jr. BD team
- Reporting to lead about new business/clients
- Bringing in new leads
- Working on reports and documentation
- General Client communication(general project updates to client)
- Start giving initial ETAs based on knowledge otherwise share with Sr.
- BDM +Tech team
- Implement the sales & marketing strategy to generate leads
- Managing existing clients and acquiring new clients
- Update and maintain prospect database by recording all prospecting activity on a daily basis
- Maintain high activity level with prospects and timely follow-ups
- Build and maintain sales pipeline status
- Develop the strategy for list building based on researching target market
- Co-ordinate development of detailed technical proposals with thetechnical team
- Respond to client's technical queries and follow-ups as needed
- Sending Proposal bid to grab new business opportunities
- Project Bidding using Upwork, PPH, Guru and other bidding portals
