Company is focusing on expanding their client base and looking for young entrepreneurial leaders in digital marketing role.-

- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Have deep understanding of different campaign types run by digital clients such as Cost per visit (CPV), Cost per Sale (CPS) and approach to maximise margins by optimising such campaigns

- Have sound relations with publishers, affiliate networks and large email partners

- Have a fair understanding of digital advertisement and understanding of marketing channels

- Be aware of tools and technology employed by publishers to manage their transactions, promotion activities

- Understanding of affiliate business overall and ways to grow the account while maximising the margins

- Have the ability to understand data and therefore suggest prospective clients and on-board relevant partners

- Think on the fly and coming up with solution

- Have a background in digital delivery is mandatory. Have Previous experience (1-3 years) on publisher's side, Network or Affiliate management on client side

Job Duties:

- Media buying (both mobile and PC web traffic of CPM, CPC, CPL, CPI, CPS traffic in India

- Focus on growing new relationships with key partners, negotiate contracts and pursue ways to secure long term relationships.

- Control campaign setup and delivery- status, fraud control, enforce campaign terms

- Manage affiliate/publisher accounts, provide marketing materials, the latest product updates, special offers for quality traffic, Financial issues

- Negotiate deals and analyse performance Overseas business development
