Roles and Responsibilities
- Act as a communication liaison by providing good support via phone to all the clients.
- Co-ordinating the sales department and ensuring the sales target is achieved.
- Maintaining positive customer relations with clients.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Manage, nurture, and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
- Identify strong potential prospects using initiative and creativity, to generate outbound lead opportunities.
- Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company
- Candidates should have highly developed all-round interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, networking and negotiation skills.
- Customer service oriented with a positive, well-motivated attitude.
- Conscientious, hard-working and driven to improve sales and activity performance beyond targets.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- Bachelor's degree is required.
- Ability to develop good relationships with current and potential clients.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in project management and/or sales.
- High attention to detail and a focus on fact-based decision making.
