Business Consultant
1. Execute, promote and sell the Golden visa program of Portugal through the sale of real estate. To appoint, train and support in the operation process to the empaneled Wealth Managers network and source investors from the network of these sales channels from across India.
2. To generate and execute the sale of real estate in Portugal, under Portugal's Golden Visa Program of the company.
3. To develop the network with the Wealth Managers on a regular basis across India and ensure productivity through investors in GVP units.
4. Effectively track the ongoing lead generation processes and ensure consistent improvement in client conversions.
5. Meet/Exceed the projected sales target of self.
6. Work with investors directly to resolve their queries, questions, and clarifications and advise them on the requisite immigration/visa process and services, at all points.
7. To ensure investor closure from end to end in coordination with the Wealth management groups including operational support, site visits, and banking assistance from India and Portugal Law firm's perspective.
