Business Consultant - Sales - IT (2-5 yrs)
Key responsibilities:
1. Freely handling 20-25 channel partners of assigned territory spread in multiple cities.
2. Conduct review meetings with partners to enhance their business operational efficiency.
3. Helping channel partners as consultants to develop their business in quality and quantity wise.
4. Helping partners in hiring, training and development of their sales executives.
5. As delivered by the management time-to-time.
Skills required :
1. Strategic thinking with self decision making capability.
2. Problem solving and conflict management attitude.
3. Effective verbal/oral communication (English & Hindi)
4. Knowledge of virtual working platforms.
5. Relationship building and maintaining attitude.
Other requirements :
1. Ready to travel 12-15 days in a month (reimbursement as per company policy).
2. Can work under pressure to achieve given targets on time in a good manner.
3. Looking for a long term team member not a frequent job changer.
4. Ready to relocate in Rajasthan, if required.
5. Must be having their own laptop and vehicle.
