Manage Key Franchise Brand Accounts : You will be the franchise account manager for multiple brands that we work closely with and will be in charge of recruiting franchises / dealers / distributors and agents for these brands. You will strategize each client's expansion plan to recruit franchisees for them and work closely with our Digital Marketing Teams to get your brands the desired leads and results after they come on board with us using our platforms and offer end to end solutions to clients seeking business expansion and ensure that you achieve customer satisfaction.
- This is focussed purely on Generating Revenue and building a pipeline of successful franchise prospects by proper negotiations, franchise agreements mediations and closing franchise sales
- You will have to be able to negotiate the terms and conditions of the franchise and enable the transaction, helping our teams to broker the deals and generate revenue. This is a pure franchise business development & an exciting inside sales role and is meant for candidates who are confident of generating revenue independently and achieving their targets and having the following skills: - Franchise Development - Franchise Recruitment - Franchise Marketing - Franchise Appointment - Franchise Sales - Master Franchising - Franchise Strategy - Franchise Agreements
- Develop and execute on a strategic plan to identify, qualify and convert prospective franchisees that align with the company's target market and growth objectives
- Evaluating potential locations for new stores based on market demand and competition from existing businesses
- Identifying new opportunities for expanding into new markets or product
- Familiarising yourself with all products and services offered by our company
- Procuring new clients through direct contact, and collaboration with the marketing department
- Maintaining meaningful relationships with existing clients to ensure that they are retained.
- Reviewing clients' feedback and implementing necessary changes.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Business development, sales, or related field,Incase you have more experience, if the package matches your requirements you could still apply
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding performance goals
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Intuitive and insightful, particularly regarding human behaviour
- Ability to generate revenue by identifying pain points and suggesting suitable products or services
- Neat, well-groomed appearance
- Great networking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- You must be Very Fluent in English, Hindi & Local Languages and have great communication and interpersonal skills
- Resourceful, with outstanding research skills
- Emboldened by challenges
- Immediate joiners would be preference
Location- Bangalore
Salary- 35-40k (Negotiable)
