Business Associate Trainee - Telesales (0-5 yrs)
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Telesales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. Key Responsibilities:
Outbound Calling : Initiate outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products/services, qualify leads, and generate sales.
Lead Generation : Identify and target potential customers through market research and cold calling.
Customer Relationship Management : Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers to foster repeat business.
Sales Conversion : Close sales deals over the phone by understanding customer needs and offering the best solutions.
Sales Target Achievement : Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets set by the company.
Product Knowledge : Maintain a deep understanding of our products/services to answer questions and provide accurate information.
Data Entry and Reporting : Update CRM systems with customer information, call outcomes, and sales activities.
Problem Solving : Address customer queries and concerns promptly and professionally, offering solutions when necessary.
