Key Responsibilities Key Measures of Performance
1. To tap new clients.
2. To arrange appointments with clients for seniors and technical heads.
3. To give presentation and arrange demonstration
4. Build, maintain & Manage relationship with assigned customer.
5. Arrange samples and catalogues for customers.
6. Prepare quotations and reply to the emails.
7. To negotiate with clients and get orders.
8. Ensure timely collection of payment.
9. To follow up for pending security deposit, earnest money etc.
10. To visit regularly at existing clients for follow ups and getting new
Requirements :
11. Handle client complaints and register on time on portal.
12. Fill & attend opening of tenders.
13. To create online requests on portals.
14. To accomplish Sales Target given on periodic basis.
15. To hold discussions with channel partners every month regarding their performance.
16. Extend marketing support to his/her team.
17. To look new dealers, channel partners & indirect dealers in territory.
18. Accompany clients for Product Inspection.
19. Collect market information.
20. Prepare all reports in OSC.
