- NO field work
- No Traditional bank RM role.
- This role is to explain investment to interested customers on the phone.
LOOKING FOR
- 0-3 years- experience in a sales role at banks / insurance companies / asset management companies / brokerages / any other financial services companies
- A strong and rich base of connects with HNIs, mass affluent and retail investors looking for investment plans / retirement solutions would also be an advantage, though not essential
- Very strong communication skills in English and Hindi
- Must be comfortable with numbers and familiar with basic statistical concepts such as mean/standard deviation
- A strong entrepreneurial mindset suited for working in a fast-paced startup environment
- People who have the mindset of a hustler - someone who's enterprising, imaginative, industrious and can figure out a way to get things done
