Salary: INR 2-8 Lakhs

Location: GSE CSII Lab, VIIT Pune

Role

At GSE Lab, we are looking for a strong entrepreneurial mindset to come to join the team to serve at massive-scale in India and beyond.

The ideal candidate will provide top-level assistance for high-tech, social enterprise executives. They should be well-organized and be comfortable to schedule meetings with business-people and responding to emails on the executive's behalf. Lastly, this individual should be able to draft documents and help the executive with any necessary meeting preparations.

Duties and responsibilities: 

1. Investor, Partner, Media, and Premium Client Relation and follow-ups on behalf of executives

2.Set-up meeting, help the executive to expand a network in new cities

3. Aid executive in preparing for meetings

4. Responding to emails and document requests on behalf of executives

5. Draft slides, meeting notes and documents for executives

6. Manage various media and build a reputation of executives

Qualifications :

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

2. Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

3. Experience in managing multiple priorities, administrative coordination, and logistics

4. Well-organized, detail-oriented, ability to multi-task with great follow-up skills

5. Strong written and verbal communication skills

Bonus Points if :

- Strong persuasion skill

- You write a blog

- You have a socially responsible inclination

- Good command on cross-domains

- The socialized person with good command in the multiple languages
