We are currently expanding our services and looking for a dynamic Business Development Advisor to help drive growth.

Key Responsibilities :

- Identify and generate new business opportunities, particularly in the construction and real estate sectors.

- Build relationships with key decision-makers in government departments and private real estate companies.

- Pitch Ambryn's AI-based dashboard and project management services to potential clients.

- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.

- Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met effectively.

- Track and report on sales activities, progress, and results.

Requirements :

- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles, preferably in construction, real estate, or AI-based solutions.

- Strong network of contacts in government departments or the real estate sector.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and on a commission-based structure.

- Experience in the Indian market is a plus.
