Business Acquisition Role - Real Estate (2-8 yrs)
Designation: Business Acquisition (Sales) Executive
Roles & responsibilities :
- As a part of the acquisitions team, an Executive will either be responsible for Tenant Acquisition, House Acquisition and Property Management.
Tenant Acquisition :
- To follow up on the generated leads
- Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/ concept of NestAway
House Acquisition :
- Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal
- Verification of the location & house before on-boarding the property
- Pitch about the company policies & convincing the owner
- Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner
Property Management :
- Manage bulk properties, including but not limited to, doing service and maintenance overview, inspection of the property, follow on rent collections and send reminders, when needed
