Business Acquisition Lead (2-8 yrs)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation: Identify and target potential clients through market research, networking, and prospecting.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute plans to acquire new business and increase market share.
- Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and manage sales negotiations.
- Sales Process: Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related field.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or new business acquisition (minimum of 2+ years of experience).
- Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends.
- Demonstrated ability to close complex deals with C-level executives and key decision-makers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess opportunities and risks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
