1. Knowledge of portals like Upwork, Freelancer, PPH, Guru etc. Any other ways to generate leads will be an edge and considered highly.
2. Responsible for Online Bidding, Follow Ups, Competition Analysis, Discussion with Offshore Clients.
3. Devising New and Innovative Business Development Plans and Strategies.
4. Should Be Able to Manage Coordinate Information Within the Team In Order To Arrive At Accurate Bid.

2. 4+ years of Experience / Knowledge in Bidding on Elance, Guru, Odesk, Etc.
3. Quick Target Oriented Individual.
4. Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills.
