Burro Living Spaces - Associate - Community Management/Sales (0-3 yrs)
Roles & Responsibilities :
1. Post Ads : Create and manage engaging advertisements to attract potential clients.
2. Receive Calls and Leads : Handle incoming inquiries, providing information and converting leads into prospects.
3. Visits/Closures : Schedule and conduct property tours, and closing deals with potential clients.
- Move-Ins and Deposit/FMR Tracking : Coordinate move-ins and track deposits and the first month's rent.
4. Revenue Reports : Generate and analyze renewals regularly and revenue reports to track sales performance.
5. Rent Reminders : Send timely rent reminders to residents to collect monthly rent which is the revenue.
6. Deposit Refunds : Manage the process for returning security deposits after move-outs.
7. Agreements : Prepare and manage rental agreements with new tenants.
Preferred Candidates Profile :
1. Any Bachelor's Degree.
2. Previous experience in Sales.
3. Candidates who reside in Bangalore and who are willing to relocate to Bangalore.
