Job Description: Sales Manager / Customer Relationship Manager

The plan is to aggressively (yet astutely) scale out a portfolio of International brands pan India and the role of Sales Manager / Customer Relationship Manager is crucial to this.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Driving store level, corporate and bulk order sales
- Implementing marketing strategies and analyzing market trends
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas, projecting expected sales volumes
- Developing a sales action plan
- Supporting high value customers in-store and ensuring that consistently high quality customer service is provided
- Identifying potentially high value customers and directly nurture relationships
- Building and promoting strong, long lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Skills and Experience Desired:
- Sales, negotiations and customer service
- Ability to resolve customer concerns in a diplomatic manner
