Burgundy Hospitality - Brand Manager (2-10 yrs)
Spearhead the activities around the launch of a luxury gourmet brand in Mumbai. The Brand Manager will work directly with the company's directors in:
1. Designing a marketing plan that includes digital, public relations and word of mouth activation strategies. The individual will be responsible for devising quarterly marketing calendars and will manage the day-to-day execution of the plans
2. Managing the day-to-day relationship with the international partners. Following up on orders and ensuring goods are delivered as per agreed timelines
3. Planning and ordering inventory both at a store and national level, based on sales forecasts and analysis of the brand's sales trends and merchandise mix
4. Liaising with the graphic designers and architects in project managing new store set up from design-phase to hand-over
5. Forecasting annual sales and building budgets for the brand. Ensuring adherence to the budgets during the year
6. Liaising with the Operations Manager to ensure smooth and consistent operations of brand stores.
Skills and Experience Desired (not mandatory but advantageous):
- Experience in building marketing plans and launching premium/luxury brands
- An understanding of digital media platforms and tools, and their current relevance
- An uncompromising focus on execution with a no-nonsense attitude towards goals and deliverables
- A creative-bent with a discerning eye for detail and the confidence to think differently
- Must be well organizing and diligently structured in their approach to any engagement
