Burger Singh - Manager - Franchise Onboarding (4-6 yrs)
- As a Franchise Onboarding Manager at Burger Singh, you will play a crucial role in the successful integration of new franchises into our dynamic and growing network. Your primary responsibility will be to oversee the entire onboarding cycle for new franchises, ensuring a seamless transition from sales to onboarding. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that each franchise fully understands and adheres to Burger Singh's brand guidelines and operational processes. You will collaborate with various departments to facilitate the smooth opening of new franchise stores and will work towards streamlining and optimizing the onboarding process.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Onboarding Cycle Management :
- Oversee and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new franchises, ensuring a smooth transition from the sales phase.
- Coordinate with the sales team to facilitate a comprehensive handover, providing all necessary information and documentation.
2. Brand Guidelines and Process Adherence :
- Ensure that new franchises thoroughly understand and adhere to Burger Singh's brand guidelines, operational processes, and standards.
- Keep abreast of any updates or changes to brand guidelines and processes, and communicate these changes effectively to the franchisees.
3. Documentation :
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of brand guidelines and processes.
- Develop and update onboarding manuals and materials to assist franchisees in understanding and implementing Burger Singh's standards.
4. Collaboration and Coordination :
- Collaborate with various departments, including operations, marketing, and training, to facilitate a cohesive onboarding experience.
- Coordinate with external vendors and partners involved in the onboarding process.
5. Problem Resolution :
- Identify and escalate any bottlenecks or issues that may impede the onboarding process.
- Work proactively to resolve challenges and ensure a timely and efficient onboarding experience for each franchise.
6. Franchise Satisfaction :
- Monitor and assess franchise satisfaction throughout the onboarding process.
- Implement strategies to enhance the overall satisfaction of franchisees during onboarding.
7. Company Ecosystem Understanding :
- Develop an in-depth understanding of Burger Singh's entire company ecosystem, including its values, goals, and strategies.
8. Process Optimization :
- Continuously evaluate and streamline the onboarding process to enhance efficiency and reduce the duration of onboarding for each store.
Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in franchise onboarding or a similar role within the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to escalate and resolve issues effectively.
