Buoyancy Marine - Executive - Business Development (1-5 yrs)
- Prospect and develop new customers/accounts from the related markets assigned
- Conduct regular customer visits to understand customers- opportunity potentials and ensure customer retention
- Driving sales growth to meet volume targets set by the management team
- Responsible for managing customers- debt with the finance department
- Generating sales through existing clients and develop new accounts
- To formulate sales quotations and process of sales orders which involves delivery scheduling and coordination
- To coordinate with supplier and processing purchase orders which involves delivery scheduling
- To follow up quotations, inquiries, and orders with both the customer and the supplier/principal to that to ensure the smooth flow of the operations. Working after normal working hours to process an urgent inquiry/quotation is required, including the whole operational process from A to Z.
- To place orders as received from the customers with the appropriate supplier/principal
- To coordinate the Principal, Supplier, Customer, agent's interaction through all the sales processes including but not limited to enquiry, quotation, order receipt & acknowledgement.
- Request for readiness, dispatch, freight tracking, documentation legalization, invoicing, etc. (where applicable)
- Creation and control of all manual and electronic filing systems for customer sales cases and all relevant office paperwork.
- To carry out market analysis (of the regions where the company is already active or wishes to penetrate) of existing business potentials or prospects
Scope :
- Shipowners, shipmanagers, traders, resellers, suppliers trading in marine lubricant supplies to international vessels
