We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Intern to join our fast-growing fintech startup. As a Sales Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our sales team and contributing to the overall growth of the company. This is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fintech industry and develop essential sales skills.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in prospecting and generating leads through market research, cold calling, and other outreach methods.
- Conduct initial outreach to potential customers via phone, email, and other communication channels to schedule product demos and meetings.
- Collaborate with the sales team to prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of customer interactions and sales activities using our CRM software.
- Participate in sales meetings and training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist with market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
- Support the sales team in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and other documentation as required.
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction throughout the sales process.
- Assist with post-sales activities, including customer onboarding and relationship management.
