Bullmen Realty - Executive - Business Development (1-10 yrs)
Job Responsibility :
- Identify potential clients and properties for sale.
- Build and maintain a network of potential buyers and sellers through various channels, including social media, referrals, and lead generation.
- Assist clients in their property search by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Arrange and conduct property showings, providing clients with detailed information about the features and benefits of each property.
- Negotiate offers and contracts between buyers and developers to facilitate successful transactions.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, property values, and real estate laws and regulations
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of their investment.
Desired Candidate Profile :
- 6 months -3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related customer-facing role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or related field preferred.
