Bullmen Realty - Executive - Business Development (0-4 yrs)
- We are seeking a motivated and entrepreneurial-minded individual to join our team as a Business Development Specialist in Real estate or sales sector.
Role & Responsibilities :
- Assist clients in their property search by understanding their needs and preferences.
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
- Prepare and present sales proposals and reports to clients, highlighting the value and benefits of their investment.
- Collaborate with team members to develop effective sales strategies.
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the entire sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
- Stay up-to-date with market trends, values, laws and regulations.
- Arrange and conduct Site visit/office visit, providing clients with detailed information about the features and benefits of each project.
Requirements :
- 6 months -3 years of experience in real estate sales or a related Sales role.
- Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve sales goals.
- Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing or any field preferred.
