Buildobridge - Business Developer (1-2 yrs)
- Prospect for potential new clients
- Calling clients within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's practice leaders/Principals.
- Identify potential clients, and the decision makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients - Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Plan approaches and pitches that highlight the organization's USP.
- Work with team to develop proposals that addresses client needs.
- Participate in pricing the solution/service.
- Handle objections by clarifying, emphasizing agreements and working through differences to a positive conclusion.
- Use a variety of styles to persuade or negotiate appropriately.
- Identify, plan and participate in industry forums and leverage such associations for maximum ROI.
- Present to and consult with mid and senior level management on business trends with a view to develop new service lines and plans.
- Gather knowledge of the market and competitors, identify and develop the company's unique selling propositions and differentiators.
- Ensure that prospect/database information is accurately managed within
- Take complete ownership of assigned territory/market and achieve assigned targets to increase revenue, account growth and to broaden scope of service offerings.
Requirements:
MBA Marketing/Business Development preferred
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Has to be presentable
Age limit : 18 - 25 yrs
Willingness to travel
Willingness to work in challenging start up environment on multiple projects
