BuildMyInfra - Manager - Sales (4-8 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and increase market share in the CCTV and surveillance industry.
- Lead and manage a team of sales representatives, providing coaching, guidance, and support to help them achieve their sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, including security companies, installers, integrators, and end-users.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting and acquiring new customers in targeted markets.
- Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop effective sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, sales materials, and product presentations to support the sales efforts.
- Conduct regular sales meetings and provide sales training to the team to enhance their product knowledge and selling skills.
- Monitor sales activities, track sales performance, and prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments, technological advancements, and emerging trends in the CCTV and surveillance camera market.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the CCTV and surveillance camera industry.
- Previous experience in a sales management or team leadership role.
- In-depth knowledge of the CCTV and surveillance camera market, including industry trends, products, and customer segments.
- Strong understanding of security solutions, video surveillance systems, and related technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers and team members.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies and achieve sales targets.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
