BuildMyInfra - Manager - Client Relationship (4-8 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Manage and develop positive relationships with clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with existing clients, as well as new prospects.
- Understand the client's business and requirements, and work with internal teams to deliver on client commitments.
- Oversee client projects from start to finish, ensuring deliverables are met on time and within budget.
- Provide excellent customer service, responding to client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Generate regular reports on client activity, including sales, revenue, and customer satisfaction metrics.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and changes, as well as the products and services offered by our company and competitors.
REQUIREMENTS :
- Experience of 2-5 years.
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer-focused mindset.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities.
- Experience in sales, account management, and customer service.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
