Builder.ai - Sales Operations Administration (2-7 yrs)
We- re looking for a Sales Operations Administrator to join our growing Sales Operations team, reporting to the Global Sales Strategy & Operations (SSO) Lead, to support our APAC team on CRM, tools & enablement.
With over 100k visitors each month and thousands of inbound leads, you will have the opportunity to learn about and influence the design of large-scale processes being built from the ground up. You should be interested in and excited about working with international sales, growth marketing and analytics functions. As a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit, you should think outside the box and take the initiative to solve problems that come up with the teams, help them become experts in our tools and work with the SSO team to build a world class function. It's an exciting time to join the cross-functional Growth team, making sure our growth and revenue machine works seamlessly across all of our products.
What you- ll be doing:
- Learning from the specialists in our SSO team all about CRM, tools & enablement
- Managing our tickets in the APAC region & working with the Global SSO team to route escalations and kick off new initiatives
- Drive CRM & tools adoption for the APAC sales community and cross-functional stakeholders
- Contribute to planning and implementation of our revenue and go-to-market strategy to support Builder's ambitious growth plans for 2021
- Support Sales Enablement in the identification, coordination and removal of performance obstacles for faster delivery to support sales and client retention efforts
Requirements
- 2 years + in a sales operations role working with Salesforce
- A numerical & digitally native background with experience of working with complex and varied tools
- Experience or interest in a high-growth tech environment
- Appreciable business acumen and familiarity with interpreting data to make decisions
- Strong influencing skills, able to engage and gain commitment from peers and an extended stakeholder group
- Ability to identify opportunities to improve business processes
- Experience growing a performance/progression-led environment through pipeline management and KPI setting
- Highly organized, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
