Bufab Group - Executive - Business Development/Sales (3-7 yrs)
1. Manage daily operation in terms of sales maintenance and development.
2. Maintain running business and develop new business to reach company target.
3. Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new solutions and services to clients.
4. Maximize and defend existing businesses and market share to achieve sales target.
5. Identify new opportunities and take initial process to get in.
6. Make business plan and achieve annual sales target.
7. Interact and coordinate with relative teams for maximum benefits.
8. Promote company to customers and develop/maintain customer relationship.
9. Problem solving with proper action on customer complains.
10. Frequent travelling to visit customers.
11. Acting as main point of contact
12. Follow up instruction from the supervisor.
13. Responsible for quality issue- customer claim Jeeves, deviation on parts specification, quality team involvement
14. RFQ on enquiry of customer and new leads
15. Prepare ASN and Road Permit etc. required to execute actual dispatch.
16. Customer urgency report
17. Stock agreement- Logistic terms and conditions
18. Preparation of reports- sales report, GP Analysis, Business development report, Customer visit plan
19. Active participation in customer events and fairs
20. Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
21. Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
22. Analyze, review and discuss with customer for forecast variation.
23. Contract review and negotiation- Price, stock agreement, quality agreement etc.
24. Customer ID creation/ assistance
