ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Lead business development function for Buddy4Study in the designated new market and achieve assigned revenue goals

- Understand our addressable market and clients

- Generate senior level CSR contacts in CSR organization of clients

- Prepare proposals and negotiate pricing

- Ensure a healthy pipeline to meet business goals

- Form deep relationships with clients (CSR heads and other key CXO level stakeholders) and ensure renewals of existing clients

- Communicate Buddy4Study philosophy and what we stand for effectively to clients

- Be a liaison between internal team and external network.

- Representing the company in various conferences, seminars and other events for networking and spreading awareness

REQUIREMENTS :

- The ideal prospect must be an accomplished B2B marketer with a deep understanding and experience of B2B sales process

- Must have a passion for connecting with people.

- Must be comfortable in a cross-functional environment.

- 8+ years of experience Product/Concept marketing experience in B2B environment.

- Solid understanding of CSR in the education sector.

- Very strong written communication and presentation skills.

- Quick thinking and poised

- Willing to travel

- Excellent people and management skills to interact with staff, colleagues and cross-functional teams, and third parties

EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS : Graduate/Post-graduate from any Tier 1 or 2 college/ institutions such as business, economics, marketing, market research and engineering, with excellent academic standing preferred
