BTL Activation Manager - FMCG (4-8 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- Identify the right trade marketing/BTL activities & recommend them to HO for approval.
- Translate Brand plans into Implementation strategies.
- Focus & develop Trade Marketing activities & BTL in Weak & Moderate markets.
- Ensure the right outlet selection for Trade Marketing activities Dealer board branding/Inshop branding/Retailer meets/Retailer engagement activities, etc
- Ensure the right kind of BTL activities is selected for the TG group - Women marathons/RWA /Joggers Park/In-shop consumer sampling etc.
- ROI for every activity conducted.
- Ensure proper printing/fabrication of collaterals/POS materials as per plan.
- Drive visibility/merchandising at POS.
- Consumer sampling through Sales Promoters at POS/POA.
- Coordination with Agencies to Plan, Execute and Implement Trade Marketing/BTL activities.
- All activities are to be closely monitored & tracked Monthly/Qtr. basis.
Requirement :
- 3 - 5 years experience in FMCG, Trade Marketing/BTL.
- Willingness to travel 10 - 12 days per month.
- Vendor/Agency network. < 35 yrs age. Any graduate.
- Must know the local language.
