BSES India - Field Sales & Marketing Role (1-3 yrs)
We are seeking highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executives to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, generating new business contracts, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients to drive business growth.
2. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Utilize excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders.
3. Travel and Client Meetings: Travel to client locations for meetings and interactions to build relationships and generate new business.
4. New Business Generation: Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.
5. Sales Target Achievement: Meet and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Experience: 1-3 years of sales experience, preferably in a similar industry.
3. Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to travel and work in a fast-paced environment.
