JOB REQUIREMENT:
1) Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role preferably in ecommerce segment
2) Experience in planning, sales and marketing, budgeting and technology.
3) Basic Knowledge of technology to drive the automation process in various departments of business.
4) Knowledge of business process & functions (finance, HR, procurement, operations, technology etc.)
5) Strong analytical ability.
6) Excellent communications skills.
7) Outstanding strategic planning, financial planning, Interpersonal & leadership skills.
8) Problem-solving attitude.
9) MBA or similar degree in business.
10) Ability of negotiations and efficient in managing the supply chain

5) Automates the processes through tech enablement in all areas of business

10) Oversee recruitment & training of new employees.

12) Prepare regular reports for top management.
