BrowserStack - Leader - Sales Enablement/Sales Training (5-10 yrs)

We are looking for a Sales Enablement Leader to design and deliver sales enablement programs for our sales teams across the globe. Supported roles include sales representatives at all levels, sales development representatives, business development representatives, solutions consultants and sales operations.

- Sales Enablement responsibilities include conducting skills gap analyses, preparing learning material and evaluating results after each enablement session.

- For this role, you will work closely with sales leadership, sales team members, product teams and marketing to identify challenges they face when prospecting and recommend ways to increase productivity.

- Ultimately, you will help increase the overall performance of our sales teams and ensure they have the skills to achieve their goals.

Job Responsibilities:

- Conduct skills gap analyses to identify areas of improvement

- Design training curricula within time and budget constraints

- Product training

- Sales skills training

- Sales management training

- Produce physical and digital educational material (e.g. videos and case studies)

- Anticipate training needs for the sales organization

- Onboard new salespeople

- Coordinate individual and team performance review sessions to discuss strengths and weaknesses

- Collect feedback from trainees and managers about training courses

- Report on impact and effectiveness of enablement programs relative to sales objectives and results

- Liaise with external trainers or industry professionals and organize seminars

- Maintain updated records of training material, curricula and costs

- Own Workramp and Guru enablement and productivity solutions

Required Qualifications :

- Proven work experience in Sales Enablement or similar role (5-10 years of work-ex)

- Prior experience in a sales position is a plus

- Experience in a SaaS company

- Experience designing, building and implementing sales enablement programs

- Ability to manage the full training cycle, including in-person activities and web-based learning

- Hands-on experience with e-learning platforms

- Work and Guru experience would be a plus

- Excellent organizational skills

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities

- Bachelor's degree

- Additional certification in training is a plus

- International experience, supporting multiple teams, would be a plus
