Broking Relations Role - General Insurance (3-7 yrs)
Responsibilities:
- To be accountable for the broking budget, building relationship with key brokers.
- Penetrating into the market by activating the brokers.
- Responsible for effective execution of strategy for new business development & retention of the existing business through broking channel.
- Responsible for market mapping, reference generation & interaction with brokers & ensure their participation for contribution towards organizational objective.
- Accountable for creating awarenessand training to the brokers for enhanced business relations.
- Ensuring documentation being in order - Starting from CN control to policy issuance, payments incl. ST follow up and extracting more from the existing brokers, engaging brokers on a continuous basis.
a. Networking.
b. Mapping existing brokers.
c. Regular interaction with brokers for understanding their expectations, market feedbacks, better servicing.
d. Reference generation through market mapping.
e. Gathering market intelligence.
f. Updating the Broking Head or PCs with relevant feedback, business avenues.
g. To ensure customer service, satisfaction.
h. Discussion regarding underwriting issues.
i. Sharing market feedback.
Ideal Applicant:

3. Excellent Negotiation Skills.
Education: Minimum Graduation (Any Stream), Post Graduation is preferred.
Experience: 3 - 7 years of Channel Sales experience in Corporate Sales / Business Development.
