Broker Network - Executive - Customer Service (1-6 yrs)

Roles and Responsibilities :

- To attend to all customers enquiries(Inbound and Outbound) and provide project information and required details as per the requirements of the client.

- Outbound - Analyse the customer requirements even before initiating the conversation.

- Qualify and update all the leads appropriately in system with required information.

- To execute daily outbound calls as per the set target provided.

- Proactively communication with the customers to build rapport, send project details via email, WhatsApp & for review/feedback.

- To probe & share maximum client information with Sales Manager ensuring successful site visit & conversion.

- Understanding of the Real Estate industry & the current competition.

- Achieve set targets.

Desired Candidate Profile :

- Minimum 1-3 years of experience into customer support or Inbound & Outbound calls.

- Immediate joiners with excellent communication skills

- Should have Excellent Communication & Convincing Skills
