Brisil - Manager - Sales (2-4 yrs)
- Brisil has a vacancy for Sales Manager whose main responsibility would be to generate new leads investigate and follow up on qualified leads and develop business for potential customers in key market segments.
- S/He would be responsible for build strong relationships at all levels with the Customers organizations. He/She would prospect new Customers and influence choices for supplier. He/She would also work with customers to identify, suggest & explain potential grades of materials.
- The major area of work would be related to advanced materials (precipitated silica, Activated Carbon and other related materials).
Area of Responsibility :
- Identify, investigate and follow up on qualified leads in order to grow sales and build new developments with existing customers
- Act as a key contact point for customers and give technical advice on new products, applications and trends
- Understand and apply the sales strategy, and promote the value proposition for our broad product portfolio
- Practice value-selling techniques and optimize the product portfolio to maximize business performance
- Develop and initiate customer projects for new business opportunities
- Evaluate and propose innovative solutions for customer problems and coordinate with internal resources when needed to meet customer requests/demands and ensure issues are resolved
Qualifications:
- MBA in Sales & Marketing with B.Sc./Msc. In Chemistry or B.Tech/M. Tech. in Chemical Engineering
- 2-4 years of relevant experience, preferably in chemicals & Advanced materials
- Ability to consult both on the technical and commercial side, and communicate/present well
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
