Job Description :
- Brisil has a vacancy for Sales Associate whose main responsibility would be to generate new leads investigate and follow up on qualified leads and develop business for potential customers in key market segments.
- S/He would be responsible for build strong relationships at all levels with the Customers organizations. He/She would prospect new Customers and influence choices for supplier. He/She would also work with customers to identify, suggest & explain potential grades of materials.
- The major area of work would be related to advanced materials (precipitated silica, Activated Carbon and other related materials).
Area of Responsibility :
1) Identify, investigate and follow up on qualified leads in order to grow sales and build new developments with existing customers
2) Preparation of database, Communication/follow up the new/existing customers for existing products & By-products/new product development
3) Oversee day-to-day sales operations, Ensure the highest quality of customer satisfaction
4) Manage and oversee the profitability of your business by developing long-term and short-term sales goals, as well as channel strategies to achieve business objectives.
5) Marketing products & services of the Company and generating revenues by understanding customer requirement and building long term relationship
6) Manage sales documentation, customer data & MIS, Strategize and lead various activities, Sales analysis & adopting new sales techniques/practices
7) Developing Sales Channels, discussion with channel partners/distributors in different geographies. Finding customers/distributors for by-product, Communication/follow up the new/existing distributors
8) Develop and initiate customer projects for new business opportunities
9) Development of Marketing Collaterals
Qualifications :
- MBA in Sales & Marketing with B.Sc./Msc. In Chemistry or B.Tech/M. Tech. in Chemical Engineering
- 0-2 years of relevant experience, preferably in chemicals & Advanced materials
- Ability to consult both on the technical and commercial side, and communicate/present well
- Strong written and oral presentation skills
