Job Description:
We are hiring a Pre-Sales Executive with strong communication skills to engage potential clients, understand their needs, and support the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Interact with potential customers via calls and emails.
- Understand client requirements and present suitable solutions.
- Support sales with proposals and documentation.
- Maintain lead records and update CRM.
Requirements:
- 0-2 years of experience in pre-sales/sales.
- Strong communication in English; Telugu & Kannada are a plus.
- Basic knowledge of sales processes & MS Office.
