Brindco - Key Accounts Manager (4-8 yrs)
Job Description-
- Managing the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities.
- Meets assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in assigned accounts. Generate sales leads and manage follow up sales.
- Sound knowledge of operating in Modern Trade & HORECA Channel and good negotiation skills with the buyer /category heads in Chains/regional/stand alone MTO (Modern trade Outlet).
- Business Development and Gap filling for the retail chains
- Visiting all the stores for capturing more and more visibility for the products, check on Merchandising of the products in stores.
- To provide daily, weekly and monthly management information system reporting including competition reporting.
- Use different source to create data base for generating leads and marketing company product's
- Coordinate with accounts department for reconciliations of the concerned parties, out-standings payables and receivables.
- Specifying market requirements for current and future products by conducting market research supported by on-going visits to customers and non-customers.
- Establishes productive, professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts
- Interact and establish customer relations by meeting personnel such as Purchase Managers, F&B Directors, Hotel/Restaurant GM's etc.
- Responsible for ensuring the maintenance of the credit norms of the company
- Coordinate with accounts department for payables and receivables.
- Leads solution development efforts that best address customer needs, while coordinating the involvement of all necessary company personnel.
- Must liaise between other department and client to provide service in defined time frame.
