Key Responsibilities
- Educate & Assist Customers in purchasing/upselling the right Alcobev products
- Maintain Superior Store Conditions & Visual Merchandising Standards
- Manage/coordinate store operations and maintain Basic Reports as required
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
- Answer questions about products and services
- Ensure Sales report is generated end of the day and same reported to closing manager.
Key Skills :
- Must be Customer Service Oriented
- Excellent Communication Skills & Pleasing Personality
- Needs to have a Basic knowledge of Wines & Spirits
Other Details :
- Preferred Qualification - Graduate/BHM
