Brindco - Area Sales Manager - Institutional Sales (4-8 yrs)
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Align the business action plan for the year with the company strategy.
- Work towards the achievement of goals / targets and distribute individual goals to team members. Monitor targets on a weekly/monthly and quarterly basis.
- Extend business opportunities in new uncharted territories.
- Daily visits to market to find out the requirement and push sales for both on site and off site sales.
- Interact and establish customer relations by meeting personnel such as Purchase Managers, F&B Directors, Hotel/Restaurant GM's etc.
- Improve operational efficiencies by coordinating with excise and customs authorities, sales administration, operation, accounts, ware house, etc.
- To provide assistance and direction to Sales / territory executive(s), in assigned areas in purview, by diagnosing, addressing and resolving problems; and in analyzing local market activities to determine competitive actions.
- To provide daily, weekly and monthly sales reports
- Coordinate with accounts department for payables and receivables.
- Be involved in the training and development of the team. Ensure all team members undergo the induction/orientation of the company.
- Ensure that the department SOP's are followed.
- Track team movement and analyze daily reports and provide feedback on performance.
