Brillio - Inside Sales Role - US Region (3-7 yrs)

Role - Business Development- Account Based Marketing

Drive qualified pipeline growth for Brillio - in both existing & targeted new logos through a well-planned and focused account based marketing / demand generation approach. Must have proven experience in using ABM principles for building prospect engagement and pro-active outreach based on clear intent and buy signals. The role requires the individual to have excellent written and verbal communication skills, awareness and understanding of the digital services ecosystem and ability to build context around the prospect through a detailed research of the company, persona (role) and industry dynamics.

While the role is based out of our Bangalore offices, this role is closely aligned with the US field sales team to drive conversations and interactions with prospects across industry segments. The individual must have the sense of urgency to always stay ahead of the curve in terms of the understanding of the market dynamics for our target prospects & customers and should have the ability to map them to Brillio's offerings.

The ability to work collaboratively across functions/service lines in an environment with high degree of ownership for the outcome & responsiveness is a critical element of this role.

Required:

1. Must have 3+ years of experience in account based marketing & business development focused on delivering pipeline growth

2. Experience of managing the breadth of business development activities - research, prospecting, outreach, and effectively engaging with prospects in the US region

3. Proficiency of working with CRM / Salesforce.com will be an advantage

4. Proficiency of working with sales automation tools like HubSpot Sales will be an advantage

5. Must be a go-getter who's willing to make the effort to get things done

6. Ability to work in US aligned shifts for coverage with the target market

Education: Graduation, MBA preferred but not mandatory.
