A global live-learning edtech platform for kids from 6 to 16 years to learn next-gen life skills such as Coding, Financial Literacy, Communication Skills and Robotics. BrightCHAMPS is currently valued at $650 million with a $63 million investment, and services 30+ countries (India, Indonesia, US, UAE, Vietnam, and many others countries across SEA and MENA) in 12+ languages across its 4 verticals.

Market : Global (already made a mark in ~25 countries)

Life skills : Technology foundation, Financial literacy, Robotics, Effective communication, Crypto etc.

Acquisitions: Almost 3 years from commencement and we already have made 3 acquisitions. WOOHOO! Education10x, which was our first acquisition, has already scaled more than 10x, in just 6 months, with their expert delivery in courses on financial literacy. Schola, our second prized acquisition, is all set to create an impact across the SEA group. With the most recent acquisition of Metamorphosis Edu, BrightCHAMPS has entered the B2B arena. Metamorphosis Edu partners with schools across India to train students in skills linked to entrepreneurship. The startup also helps its clients come to grips with the National Education Policy (NEP). While Metamorphosis Edu has so far focused on setting up entrepreneurship cells in schools to teach its courses, as the B2B arm of BrighCHAMPS, it plans to introduce more skill-based learning courses.

What is this role about?

The Relationship Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, primarily in the US region, to ensure customer satisfaction and business growth. This role requires an individual with excellent communication skills, a customer-first mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment during the US shift.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for BrightCHAMPS US-based clients, ensuring that their needs are met and addressing any concerns promptly.

Customer Retention: Work towards enhancing customer satisfaction, resolving queries, and ensuring long-term engagement with our platform.

Account Management: Develop deep relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide them with tailored solutions and offers.

Upselling & Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products and services to existing clients.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, product, and support teams to ensure seamless communication and delivery of services to clients.

Data Analysis: Monitor client feedback, engagement metrics, and other performance indicators to identify areas for improvement.

Problem-Solving: Quickly resolve any issues or roadblocks faced by clients, ensuring a smooth customer experience.

Reporting: Maintain and update client records, prepare regular reports on customer engagement and feedback, and share insights with management.

Requirements:

- 1-3 years of experience in client servicing, relationship management, or account management, preferably in the EdTech industry or similar.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple client relationships simultaneously.

- Ability to work effectively during US shift hours (night shifts in India).

- Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.

- Experience in cross-selling and upselling is a plus.

- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.

- Knowledge of CRM tools and data analysis techniques.
