What is this role about?

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with schools, driving sales initiatives, and achieving sales targets within your designated region. You will play a key role in promoting our products/services and ensuring customer satisfaction

Requirements :

- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the education sector

- Strong networking skills and a well-established network within the education community

- Excellent leadership and team management abilities

- Ability to analyse sales data and develop strategic plans to achieve targets

- Effective communication and negotiation skills

- Customer-centric approach with a focus on building long-term relationships

- Results-oriented and driven to meet and exceed sales goals

Responsibilities :

- Develop and implement sales strategies to promote our products/services within the education sector

- Identify and cultivate relationships with key decision-makers in schools

- Lead sales presentations and negotiations with potential clients

- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to track progress towards targets

- Provide guidance and support to the sales team to help them achieve their objectives

- Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance our offerings based on customer feedback

- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and challenges
