What You'll Do :
We are currently seeking a Category Manager to lead the Coding Vertical for USB2B
You will be responsible for:
- Strategy to crack the sales majority of USA States
- Handling the Category P&L management- M-O-M, Weekly, Bi-weekly. Maintain monthly business growth run rate, evaluate the leakages, and solve the problem
- Find areas and opportunities of growth & deliver the growth of respective categories & lead into solutioning of multiple channels of offline and online sales & marketing to deliver growth
- Liaison with multiple teams like- Tech, Product, Marketing, and teachers to grow Revenue & EBITDA of category
- Handling in the sales team and maximising their productivity day-to-day, by disciplined execution and solving of friction in sales funnel and processes
- Ensuring seamless customer experience & NPS, teacher experience & NPS, build SOPS to make a smooth process
- Create an assortment of products to improve the value that customers get from the company while keeping in mind all the business fundamentals
What you need to have :
- Ex entrepreneurial experiences are a plus.
- Sleepless nights to solve problems as required by Startup Culture
- Achievements in the first 25 years of life to be part of a high quality chasing team.
Skills :
- Experience in category management roles, 2-5 years. Hunger for achieving things and looking to build a career.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects.
- Experience in project ownership and using customer data to identify and prioritise opportunities.
- Strong numerical and analytical aptitude
